I offer service and support to you on-site, over phone or email.
Onsite visits are $75 an hour. Time begins when I start working.
Visits made within LBJ/Irving are one hour minimum. Trips outside
are two hour billing minimum. Hours have 15 minute minimum billing
increments. On-site visits are available between 10 a.m.
and 7 p.m. Please schedule 24 hours in advance.
Phone time is billed every five minutes. The first five are free.
Every 5 after that is a fraction of the $75 hourly rate. Phone support
is available from 9a.m. to 8 p.m. I do not answer the phone
while I am with a client or driving. I will return calls as quickly
as possible.
